1. Introduction

Lone Star Peptide Clinic (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as a media and information platform that connects Texas residents with independent, licensed healthcare providers offering peptide therapy services. We are not a medical clinic, and we do not provide medical services, diagnoses, or prescriptions.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information you provide when you visit our website at lonestarpeptideclinic.com (the “Site”) or submit a consultation request through our lead capture form. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

If you have questions or concerns about this policy, please contact us at privacy@lonestarpeptideclinic.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Information You Provide Directly

When you submit a consultation request through our lead capture form, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, and information about your health interests or wellness goals (for example, weight management, recovery, anti-aging, or hormone optimization). This information is provided voluntarily by you.

Usage and Technical Data

We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit the Site, including pages you visit, the referring URL or website that brought you to our Site, the date and time of your visit, your browser type and version, operating system, and general geographic location based on your IP address.

Marketing Attribution Data

We capture UTM parameters and other marketing attribution identifiers appended to URLs when you arrive at the Site from a paid advertisement, search engine, or partner referral. This helps us understand which marketing channels are most effective. Attribution data is linked to your lead record if you submit the consultation form.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site and collect usage data. See Section 6 for details on cookies and your opt-out options.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Provider matching: We use the information you submit — including your health interests and location — to connect you with licensed healthcare providers in our network who are appropriate for your stated goals.
  • Responding to inquiries: We or a network provider may contact you by email or phone to follow up on your consultation request.
  • Communications with your consent: With your permission, we may send you health-related information, treatment updates, or promotional communications. You can opt out at any time.
  • Platform improvement: We analyze aggregated usage data to improve the Site, its content, and the quality of our provider matching.
  • Marketing attribution: We use attribution data to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and allocate marketing resources effectively.
  • Legal compliance: We may process your data as required to comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

4. Sharing Your Information

We may share your personal information in the following limited circumstances:

Licensed Healthcare Providers

When you submit a consultation request, your contact information and stated health interests are shared with one or more licensed healthcare providers in our network so they can reach out to schedule or conduct a consultation. These providers are independent licensed professionals — Texas-licensed MDs, DOs, or nurse practitioners — and are bound by their own professional and legal obligations to protect your information.

GoHighLevel (CRM Platform)

We use GoHighLevel as our customer relationship management (CRM) and lead management platform. Your lead data is stored in GoHighLevel and used to manage follow-up communications and provider routing. GoHighLevel processes data on our behalf as a service provider. You can learn more at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.

Analytics Providers

We may share anonymized or aggregated usage data with analytics providers to help us understand Site traffic and user behavior. Where we use Google Analytics or similar services, data is transmitted to those providers pursuant to their own privacy policies.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers without your explicit consent. We do not share your data with anyone outside our network providers and service providers described above, except as required by law.

5. Health Information

Our consultation form asks you to share information about your health interests and wellness goals. This may include details such as your interest in weight management, recovery support, hormone optimization, or other health-related topics. We use this information solely to match you with appropriate licensed healthcare providers and to facilitate your consultation request.

As an information and media platform, Lone Star Peptide Clinic is not a HIPAA-covered entity in the sense that we do not directly provide healthcare services. However, we recognize that health information is sensitive and we are committed to treating it with the same care and respect that HIPAA requires of covered entities. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect health-related data, and we limit access to this information to personnel and service providers who need it to fulfill your consultation request.

Once you begin a direct relationship with a licensed provider in our network, that provider becomes a HIPAA-covered entity responsible for protecting your medical information under applicable federal and state law.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies (small text files stored on your device) and similar tracking technologies for the following purposes:

  • Session management: To maintain your session state as you navigate the Site and ensure form submissions work correctly.
  • Analytics: We may use Google Analytics or similar services to collect information about how visitors use the Site, including pages viewed, time on site, and navigation paths. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
  • Marketing attribution: We use cookies to track which advertisements or referral sources brought you to the Site so we can measure campaign effectiveness.

Opt-out options: You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or delete existing ones. Disabling cookies may affect certain Site functionality. To opt out of Google Analytics tracking, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

7. Data Retention

We retain lead data — including your name, contact information, and stated health interests — for up to two (2) years from the date of collection, unless you request earlier deletion. We retain data for this period to facilitate follow-up consultations, maintain records of provider referrals, and comply with applicable recordkeeping obligations.

After the retention period, or upon a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information from our active systems. Note that some data may persist in encrypted backup archives for a limited additional period before being purged pursuant to our backup rotation schedule.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@lonestarpeptideclinic.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information in your record.
  • Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information from our systems, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.
  • Opt-out of marketing: You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or by contacting us directly.
  • Do Not Sell: We do not sell your personal information. If this policy changes, we will provide you with a clear opt-out mechanism.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@lonestarpeptideclinic.com. We will respond to all verified requests within 30 days.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or retain personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not submit any personal information through our Site.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information from our systems as promptly as possible. If you believe we may have collected information from a minor, please notify us immediately at privacy@lonestarpeptideclinic.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, the services we offer, or applicable law. When we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by sending an email to the address associated with your lead record, and by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
