By accessing or using the Lone Star Peptide Clinic website at lonestarpeptideclinic.com (the “Site”) or submitting any information through our consultation request form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. The Site is primarily intended to serve residents of Texas and other states where our network providers are licensed to practice.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 13 for more information about changes.

Lone Star Peptide Clinic is an information and referral platform — not a medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare provider. We operate as a media and patient access layer that:

• Publishes educational content about peptide therapy and related treatments;
• Collects consultation requests from individuals interested in learning about peptide therapy; and
• Routes those requests to independent licensed healthcare providers in our referral network.

We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or provide any medical treatment. We do not employ physicians, nurse practitioners, or any other licensed healthcare professionals in their clinical capacity. Any medical services you receive are provided exclusively by independent licensed providers, not by Lone Star Peptide Clinic.

The content on this Site is for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site — including articles, treatment descriptions, provider profiles, FAQs, blog posts, or any other content — constitutes medical advice, a medical diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed healthcare provider.

Before starting any treatment, medication, or health protocol — including peptide therapy — you should consult with a qualified, licensed physician who can evaluate your individual health history, current medications, and medical conditions. Peptide therapy and related treatments may not be appropriate for everyone, and only a licensed provider can make that determination for you.

Reliance on any information provided on this Site is solely at your own risk. We expressly disclaim any responsibility for outcomes resulting from self-treatment or decisions made without appropriate medical supervision.

The healthcare providers in our referral network are independent licensed professionals — including Texas-licensed physicians (MDs and DOs) and nurse practitioners (NPs). They are not employees, agents, or contractors of Lone Star Peptide Clinic in any clinical capacity, and we do not direct, supervise, or control their clinical practice or medical decision-making.

Any patient-provider relationship — including any duty of care, treatment obligation, or medical-legal relationship — exists solely between you and the individual provider. Lone Star Peptide Clinic is not a party to that relationship and accepts no responsibility for the clinical decisions, recommendations, prescriptions, or actions of any provider in our network.

Providers in our network are bound by their own professional licensing requirements and ethical obligations under Texas law and any other applicable jurisdiction. We encourage you to verify the credentials of any provider with whom you establish a treatment relationship.

Submitting a consultation request through our lead capture form does not guarantee that you will receive a consultation, be accepted as a patient by any provider, or receive a prescription for any medication or treatment. Each provider independently determines patient eligibility based on their own clinical criteria and professional judgment.

When you submit the form, you consent to being contacted by Lone Star Peptide Clinic and by licensed providers in our network via the phone number and/or email address you provide. You may receive automated or pre-recorded communications. Standard message and data rates may apply for text messages. You can opt out of further communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions in any message or by contacting us directly.

To use this Site and submit a consultation request, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a resident of Texas or another state where providers in our network are currently licensed and accepting patients;
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in the consultation form and in any subsequent communications with providers; and
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any submission that we believe violates these eligibility requirements or these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or communication on the Site;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our systems, or any other user’s data;
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technology to extract content from the Site without our express written permission;
• Use the Site or its content for any commercial purpose — including resale, aggregation, or redistribution — without our prior written consent;
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Site;
• Harass, threaten, or harm any other user, provider, or Lone Star Peptide Clinic personnel; or
• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law or regulation in connection with your use of the Site.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including removing content and terminating access, for any suspected violation of these prohibitions.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, treatment descriptions, user interface designs, and software — is owned by or licensed to Lone Star Peptide Clinic and is protected by United States and Texas intellectual property laws.

You may view and print content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial informational use only. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, transmit, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property ownership to you. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Lone Star Peptide Clinic.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We make no representations or warranties that:

• The Site will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at any time;
• Any particular treatment will be available, covered, or appropriate for your situation;
• Any provider in our network will be available, accepting patients, or licensed in your jurisdiction;
• Any clinical outcome or health result will be achieved through treatment obtained via our referral; or
• Any content on the Site is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LONE STAR PEPTIDE CLINIC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR REFERRAL SERVICES.

In particular, and without limitation, we are not liable for:

• Any clinical decisions made by independent providers in our network, regardless of whether those decisions result in treatment, refusal of treatment, or adverse outcomes;
• Any treatment outcomes, side effects, complications, or adverse events arising from treatments prescribed or administered by network providers;
• Any damages arising from your reliance on content on the Site as medical advice; or
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Site or our referral services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our referral services, regardless of the form of the claim, shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lone Star Peptide Clinic and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your access to or use of the Site;
• Any information you submit through the Site, including any false or misleading information;
• Your violation of these Terms; or
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of that matter.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts and waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in those courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users or recent form submitters by email.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any modified Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Site.
